Overview

WordPress and other apps available via Softaculous can be installed on the sandbox domain which comes with your Softaculous Cloud account.
This domain can be used to test your website, plugins, themes, etc without the hassle of purchasing a domain or a hosting account.

Note : Sandbox websites are temporary and are automatically delete after 7 days from the date of installation.

Go to WordPress Sandbox page

Click on WordPress Sandbox link from the left menu which will directly take you to the WordPress installation page.
Here the hosting account will be pre-selected with your Softaculous Sandbox hosting account.

• Fill the In Directory field to install WP in a subdirectory or leave it empty and the installation will be done in the document root
• Fill in the other details like WordPress version, Admin credentials, email, etc
• (Optional) You can also select the available Plugins and Themes that will be automatically installed with your WordPress installation

Now just click on the install button and wait for the installation to complete.

Likewise you can add your hosting account to Softaculous Cloud and then install WordPress on your domain present on that hosting account.
